Grand Cru is building the next generation of free-to-play games with user generated content for mobile touch screen devices.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Lead to take The Supernauts to the next level or start a New Project from the ground up. Senior Product Lead joins a company of 20+ of the best people in the game industry in our penthouse office with views over Helsinki, complete with a sauna, a fireplace and a rooftop terrace (BBQ!)

Key Responsibilities

• Key role in establishing Grand Cru’s vision by defining and ensuring product focus and quality
• Strategic responsibility of long term project vision and goals with high impact to Grand Cru’s overall success
• Acting as a shopkeeper for the game, constantly optimizing it for engagement, virality and monetization with the development team
• Planning and executing a product backlog together with the development team and stakeholders
• Evaluating the business impact and priorization of multiple competing tasks
• Crystallizing short term goals and focus

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product & team management and/or product ownership in web or game development
• Exceptional communications skills
• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Deep understanding of free-to-play business models and best practices
• Experience with Excel modeling (virtual economies, level progression etc..)
• Agile project management skills, knowledge of processes and tools
• Excellent priorization skills, ability to provide clear direction towards a common goal
• Willing to try out new things, prototype ideas and iterate them to perfection
• Quick, proactive, driven and positive management approach
• Passion for games and gamers
• Hands on attitude
